We are looking for a part-time minibus driver to join our transport team providing transport on pre-arranged routes.  You will be responsible for transporting boys safely to school in the morning and support our afternoon return service.  You will need to work 7am – 9am and 4pm – 6pm Monday to Friday.  This is a term time only role (175 days) working in a supportive, friendly and successful independent prep school.

You will need a driving licence with no more than 3 endorsement points and held for more than 2 years, with a D1 provision or PCV minibus licence.  Previous experience driving minibuses and / or coaches would be useful but is not essential.  You will need good interpersonal skills and be comfortable working independently and liaising with parents.  You will need to complete MiDAS and first aid training; both will be provided by the school.

The hourly rate for this position is £13.82 per hour (£11,080 pa incl. holiday pay) and we offer excellent training and CPD opportunities, a generous pension scheme and an inclusive and supportive workplace.

Previous experience of working with young children would be useful as well as basic IT skills.
