The Peer Mediators recently had a half day training session on conflict and how to help their peers come to a peaceful solution. They did some deep thinking around the mediator steps of creating trust, listening, connecting, finding solutions and ending in harmony. They also learned that boundaries are essential for their mediation to be successful and where to take things when mediation is not possible.

A special thanks to Rahul P, Harry S, Alexander L and Ariel T in Year 5, who volunteered to join the training at short notice. Well done to all the boys for being an important part of our pupil voice.
