Rokeby has been awarded the Bronze Equalities Award.
Over the last 18 months, we have undergone a stringent auditing process and have successfully submitted a portfolio of evidence to the awarding body, Equaliteach.
The areas audited were:
- Behaviour and Welfare
- Leadership and Management
- Personal Development of Pupils
- Teaching and Learning
Our award lasts for eighteen months, and we have created SMART targets to develop further.
We will survey all members of our school community annually to gather opinions and experiences.
