Year 2 were transported back in time to the year 1323BC and the death of Tutankhamun.

They learnt about the famous pharaoh’s early and unexpected death and were tasked with having to prepare his tomb for his burial. The day was full of exciting and fun creative activities, from making a mummy and shabti dolls out of clay to golden tiles and paintings of the gods. The Year 2 team were impressed with the boys’ focus and engagement throughout the day.
