Romans Rule Rokeby

Year 3's topic has been Ancient Rome this term. As well as visiting Fishbourne Roman Palace the boys had a Roman Day where great fun was had by one and all!
Year3 dressed up as fierce Romans, some were gladiators, some emperors, some soldiers and there were even a few slaves! In the afternoon, the boys enjoyed lounging on blankets and feasting (and some even had to use the vomitarium!). They took it is turns to wait on each other and ate olives, grapes and pitta. Everyone had fun and enjoyed being a Roman.
